Give every employee a problem to solve

Involve your employees in business activities and always get their input. They may come up with some surprisingly great ideas. Better yet, they’ll likely become very creative problem solvers rather than running to you to solve every small issue they encounter.

Identify issues and areas that you know need addressing – a low add-on rate, misplaced repair tickets, shrinking margins – and ask your employees for solutions, or delegate it  to them: What do they think could use some improvement?


We're looking for writers who have something to say from all walks of life. Sometimes in life you just have to choose who you want to be around, etc... so, with that being said, please don't be afraid to send us your articles and we realize that we may or may not be ridiculed for "publishing" your article. However, know this: the only people that will mind if your writing is not up to "standards" are judgmental people who need to complain about something...anything. No one else will mind if your "article" isn't perfect. We sincerely don't want the types of people who criticize everything and everyone here anyways and we hope you don't either.
